For twenty years, Paul Sneeringer built an accomplished career in sales, but he first took an interest in real estate in 2015, when he moved from Baltimore County, Maryland, to Ashburn, Virginia, and his wife accepted an IT position at Freddie Mac in Reston. In particular, Paul was inspired by the ways in which real estate complimented his professional background and entrepreneurial spirit. “I just knew it was time for a change,” he says. “I wanted to try something new, so I got licensed in 2018 and have been going strong ever since.”

Today, Paul is a successful agent with Keller Williams Chantilly Ventures. Averaging over 60 transactions a year, he assists clients throughout Chantilly, Northern Virginia, and the surrounding areas. Also licensed in Maryland, he has cultivated a distinct workflow around personalized service, carefully guiding his buyers and sellers through every nuance of their transactions. “I’m deeply involved in the entire process—from negotiations to inspections to working with lenders. Above all, I love finding the answers my clients need.”

When listing a home, Paul offers a hands-on approach. But through it all, he maintains a lofty standard of service, being there for his sellers at the drop of a hat. “In real estate, you need to have a quick response time,” he says. “If a client sends me an email or a text, I address their problem immediately and try to find a solution that keeps our transaction running smoothly.”

Elsewhere, Paul is just as devoted to his buyers, utilizing his market expertise to help them find the right home for their interests. Along the way, he gives his clients added support whenever they need a hand, staying in touch well after closing to ensure they are thriving in their new homes. “I do everything for my clients, buyers or sellers, be it helping them move out or helping them move in. Whether I’m packing, cleaning up, or helping with vendors to get the home ready to sell, I’m always searching for ways to keep them happy and stay at the top of their mind.”

Through the years, Paul has earned a fantastic reputation throughout Northern Virginia, as evidenced by his rapidly growing volume, shining Google reviews, and rate of repeat clients and referrals. When examining his initial success in the industry, however, he offers practical advice to any aspiring agent. “Work the phones at least four hours a day. Call everyone from For Sale By Owners to expired listings, and work on establishing trust with your clients. You won’t fail if you do that.”

When he’s not with clients, Paul can be found spending quality time with his family, exercising, catching a movie, or traveling around the globe. Meanwhile, he has strong plans for the future of his business. As his volume maintains its steady growth, he intends on aggressively expanding his work within his neighborhood and community while further adjusting to the industry’s latest twists and turns. “But one thing’s for sure,” he says. “Real estate has been incredibly rewarding. I get the same sense of fulfilment from facilitating a one hundred and fifty thousand dollar transaction that I do from a million dollar listing.”
