Kathy received her license 36 years ago when she and her ex-husband were getting ready to sell their first home and find something a little bigger to grow into. Kathy’s team includes six other agents as well as two full-time employees who manage listings, coordinate marketing and handle transactions from contracts through closing. Last year, the team sold 94 units for a total of $53.86 million. Kathy is consistently ranked in the Top 1% of agents in the nation as well as Northern Virginia. She’s an active member of the local real estate community and serves on the Northern Virginia Board of REALTORS.

After more than three decades, Kathy’s business is made up almost entirely of repeat clients and referrals. People trust her advice and appreciate her extensive experience. When she’s not working, Kathy loves to spend time with family including her two daughters and four grandchildren! The family enjoys boating and relaxing at their lake home and winter skiing at their mountain retreat. Kathy and her husband also have many opportunities to travel together internationally as part of his job. Kathy’s future plans for her business also involve family; one of her daughters is already part of the team and the other, a teacher, has recently completed her real estate license. One day, when she’s ready to retire, Kathy hopes to turn the business over to them. In the meantime, she plans to continue doing the work she loves and helping her clients to find the perfect home.
