“It’s important for people to realize, if you have a dream, you can achieve it,” Claire Chesnoff says, while discussing her journey in the real estate world. She worked hard to get to this point, starting off as a single mom with three children and previously working as a substitute teacher. By March of 1998, she was on her way towards success. The second year she was in real estate, she broke six figures, and hasn’t looked back since. With nine designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which only 3% of all REALTORS® in the nation have achieved, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Green Designation (GREEN), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), among many others, she is well equipped to handle any situation. Because she comes from an education background, expanding her skills and knowledge has been a cornerstone to her business. In addition, Claire is hyper-focused on serving her clients, and does everything possible to ensure their happiness.
