FREDDIE HASSOUN

Freddie Hassoun began learning real estate “hands-on” in 2012 as a broker’s assistant for Re/Max “The office was the top producing real estate firm for all of Broward County, Florida from 2012 to 2017,” he notes. “So, I had amazing on-the-job training which was invaluable to me.” Towards the end of 2016, Freddie took his exam, and his test scores were amongst the highest of his peers in class. After five years with Re/Max, he went out on his own to pursue his dream. 

Freddie is currently with E-Realty Services, Corp, in Coral Springs, Florida, where he’s a top producer. His business slogan is based on the pronunciation of his last name, Hassoun (pronounced “how soon”): How soon do you need a home. “It’s the perfect catch phrase and conversation starter,” he says. Freddie specializes in for-sale-by-owners (FSBO) and first-time home buyers. Though he’s still relatively new in the industry, Freddie reports a 50% referral business. “I’m also all about new business,” he asserts. “When I interact with clients, they automatically get this sense of comfort and trust with me,” he notes. “They like my style and energy from the very beginning. For example, when dealing with an FSBO, I’m often told, ‘We’ve been contacted by numerous agents, but we love your knowledge and enthusiasm, so we’re going with you.’”

It’s not surprising that Freddie receives stellar review for his esteemed work ethic. One client recently wrote: “Freddie listed our home and within one week, we had four showings and two full price offers. We were having a new home built, but Freddie sold our home so fast he had to help us find a rental. Freddie was amazing. He was on top of everything, always checking in with me if there was anything that he could do. Even after he found us a rental, he would check in to make sure we were happy with it. I would highly recommend Freddie for anyone looking to buy or list their home for sale”

“I love making the transaction period fun, so I make things as smooth as possible to relax my clients, like using my name slogan as a starter to lighten up the mood,” he observes. “Buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful, so I want to remove that factor from the process.”

Before delving into real estate, Freddie was a successful telemarketer for almost a decade, and he believes that experience has now carried over, helping him tremendously further his success as a Top Realtor in South Florida. “I love everything about my career, which includes cold-calling and reaching out to new people,” he explains. “I really believe my sincerity comes through when I’m on the phone, which I love.”

In addition to his work, Freddie is a proud member and involved with the National Association of Realtors along with being a member at the local Board of Realtors in South Florida”

During his free time, Freddie enjoys spending time with his family. “My wife and I have two boys, and they’re my life,” he says. “They keep us busy.” He also enjoys participating in sporting activities when he can, because he loves to compete.

Freddie’s next goal is to open his own agency in the near future. “I have a few ideas I’d like to implement,” he says. “But I’m just getting started. And, of course, you know I will be using my catch phrase, “How soon do you need a home?”
