Being an immigrant herself has given Ines Jeronymo not only the ability to succeed in her career but the opportunity to become one of the most sought-after real estate agents throughout Miami. With her native language in Portuguese and her ability to speak fluent English and Spanish, she has been able to provide foreign investors with the personalized assistance they need in the residential, commercial, and EB-5 Investor Visa Program.
It all began in 1988 when Ines came to Miami with her husband who received work in the magic city. In her hometown she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, and also graduated from “The Professional Interior Decorating Program.” But in Miami, she began investing in Real Estate, so she decided to obtain her Real Estate License. Shortly after she became a Graduated REALTOR® (GRI designation) and a specialist in the Luxury Real Estate Market (ILHM). Ines now works with a team of mortgage brokers and lawyers to guide clients in fiscal, title, legal, and bureaucratic questions. Able to speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she can assist a wide range of buyers and sellers. She works with clients throughout and surrounding the entire Miami area.
Aside from her own personal experience and ability to speak multiple languages, Ines attributes her success to creating friendships. “Once a person becomes my client, they become a friend forever, states Ines, “I’ve had my license for 18 years, and over time, I’ve gained repeat clients who also refer to their family and friends.” In addition to maintaining good relationships with her clients, she also has total dedication to her listings, performing a market analysis for each listing and preparing the property, including high-resolution professional photos and videos for digital social media. Ines primarily works on the most efficient strategy to achieve good results looking to sell the property at the highest price. Whether she’s working with buyers or sellers, she remains focused on the interest of her clients selling their property at a high profit, or negotiating to get the lowest price for the benefit of her buyers.
One of Ines’s clients explains her unique combination of knowledge and passion by saying, “As a real estate professional with a depth of experience…she possesses a unique combination of knowledge, compassion, and negotiating and interpersonal skills. I’ve known and worked with her since March 2010…Between mid-March and May 31, she devised an aggressive sale and acquisition strategy designed to reposition my residential holdings in the city…She compelled me to follow ‘her’ plan (something I never do) and she executed the strategy to perfection meeting each benchmark variable…As an investor, I have worked with a variety of brokers. I consider Ms. Jeronymo is the most trusted real estate professional I have ever worked with.”
Outside of referrals and repeat customers Ines uses MLS, Instagram, and WhatsApp to post her listings and market her business. She is also a huge believer in personalized emails. “I like to use email because I feel it’s more personal and more private. As an investor, Ines explains, “I like to do for my customers what I would like to have done for myself.”
When looking at the future Ines wants to continue educating herself to better serve her clients. “I am always updating my information and learning new things.” The mayor of Miami has recently proposed that the city will one day become the national capital for cryptocurrency and Ines is working hard to ensure she stays on top of this and all new trends. “I know real estate is already being sold with the crypto coin, therefore my next goal is going to be to learn everything I need to know about cryptocurrency.” We don’t doubt for one minute that this is yet another goal Ines will be able to obtain.
Knowing the great effort of Mayor Francis Suarez and everything he is doing to transform Miami into the “Great Sunny Manhattan”, have attracted corporations and firms from various industries like Microsoft, WeWork, Blackstone, and many more that are relocating Headquarters to Miami, the “Business Friendly City”, creating also a plenty of jobs to the residentes, Ines has no doubt that Miami would be the right place for investors and “The Magic City” to all of us!
