He was negotiating proposals and contracts in R&D for his chemistry company, pitching CEOs, and company presidents. Nick’s wife, Jessalyn and friends who were already in real estate pointed out that those negotiating skills would make Nick an excellent fit.

With the support and encouragement from his wife, Jessalyn May, he was brave enough to took the step. He started taking night classes to explore the real estate world on the side.
