TOP REAL ESTATE AGENT IN NEW YORK BETH LOWE
Beth Lowe’s mantra may be, “What there’s a strong will there’s a way.” She has overcome adversity and exceled in the real estate business, starting off in 2010 when the market was bust. Despite these conditions, Lowe sold 27 houses that year and is on track to for over $20 million in production for 2016.
“All of these obstacles were put in my place but it never derailed me from my ultimate goal,” says Lowe. For Lowe that goal was to sell houses and that she did. With 75 percent of her business coming from referrals in her career at Exit Realty Achieve of six and a half years, Lowe has proven to her clients that she is there for them no matter the time of day.
“I’m very service focused,” says Lowe. “It’s all about if you send me a text and I’m awake I’ll get right back to you. I just try to be there for all my clients. They become my best friends for the time we’re working together and anything they need I’m happy to help them with.”
For Lowe, it’s all about staying connected, whether it’s through Facebook, texts or calls she has her clients covered and in mind. “I mostly just try to stay a part of their lives,” says Lowe. “That’s why I get so many referrals.”
Another way Lowe engages with her clients is through reviews on Zillow, where she has amassed more than a 100 from people she’s worked with in the past. “It’s a fun way to reconnect with them,” says Lowe.
It’s this flexibility in interacting with her clients that sets Lowe apart as she communicates with her clients in the way that is most convenient for them. “Most of my clients are under 40 and they want to text,” says Lowe. “I have older clients that want to call me and do call me. It’s about them. It’s not about me.”
It’s this giving spirit that attracts people to Lowe and has her helping others every way she can. Whether it’s selling houses in the Long Island market she serves or on a community level through the various drives and one-on-one helping she does, Lowe gives back in a big way. She was especially impacted by Hurricane Sandy that hit close to home. “During that time I wanted to help everybody and I couldn’t obviously so my broker said to me, “if you can’t go wide, go deep,”” says Lowe. “From that day four years ago I really started reaching out.”
Reaching out she did, helping every time she saw someone in need. From buying lacrosse gear for kids that could afford it to giving coats to children that didn’t have one. She even bought groceries for a 95-year-old blind man for two years straight because it was too hard for him to shop on his own. “I like doing stuff that helps an individual person where I can actually make an impact on one person instead of a small slice of something that’s not going to help anyone,” says Lowe.
Top real estate agent in New York Beth Lowe has also made a name for herself in the speaking world, giving presentations to fellow real estate agents about her life and how far she’s come. “It’s really great when you can touch a young agent’s life that needs direction and help them get going and get them on track.”
Lowe has brought eight top-producing agents into the fold at Exit Realty Achieve, mentoring them along in their careers and plans to continue speaking to agents about her life.
