Tom, a former Executive Chef and business consultant (he helped launch new businesses and guided them towards success and profitability) made his transition from those worlds into the real estate industry eight years ago with the encouragement of a friend. “We started talking and I told her I wanted to leave the restaurant world, and she suggested real estate. I took some time to think about it before taking the plunge and getting my license,” says Tom.
