Chriz’ interest in real estate began at an early age, as she watched her mother work as a broker. This ignited Chriz’ passion, as she shared with her the immense joy that comes from helping others attain home ownership. The daughter of immigrant parents from Romania, Chriz’ mother understood the importance of home ownership on a personal level.
“As a child, I used to love going with my mother to watch her show homes. Many of her customers were immigrants, and they loved and appreciated my mother’s genuine care and advice, and I wanted one day to help people just like my mom did,” Chriz says.
After Chriz sold her business in 2004, it was finally time to follow in her mother’s footsteps. And, after receiving encouragement from her mother, she earned her Florida Real Estate license in 2005, selling her first home after just one week of having a Real Estate License! Even during the market downturn of 2008, Chriz still flourished, and remains a highly motivated, top producing Realtor® to this day!
Keeping ahead of ever-changing market trends and shifts, new advances in technology, as well as changes in Real Estate practices and the law, is part of Chriz’ on-going dedication to staying relevant and knowledgeable in her profession.
