Hello Florida! Following a family relocation, Top Agent Darcy Snyder Covington has arrived in Central Florida. She has put down roots and is once again open for business! 

Darcy Covington hails from three generations of realtors. Her grandfather was a commercial agent in Atlanta, Georgia, where her mother and aunt were both Million Dollar producers in Residential Real Estate. Darcy fondly recalls helping her mother stuff mailboxes after school. “You could say, real estate runs in my veins,” she says.  

Initially, Darcy’s career centered around medical and pharmaceutical sales, but then she transitioned to Real Estate, building a thriving business. She focused on the same basic foundations that brought her success in the past. “When you keep your clients happy,” she explains, “business booms.” With numerous repeat and referral clients, Florida Real Estate Agent Darcy clearly has the right recipe. When asked why her clients return to her, she responds, “One of the first laws I ever learned about sales was that it is about building long-term relationships more than anything else. Clients typically turn into lifelong friends as well, and I strive to remain their real estate expert for life.”

Darcy Covington is also a passionate philanthropist who dedicates countless hours working for many local and national charities, including the Central Florida YMCA, the Titusville Rotary Club, The Missing Children’s Project, and Give Kids the World. She is also involved with many of the local schools.  When not working, Darcy enjoys spending time with her children, husband, mother, friends, 2 dogs, and parrot. Her hobbies include water aerobics, tennis, going to the beach or the lake, and traveling.
