Ron is passionate about the growth of the A-Team and is always on the move to improve and streamline systems that will further enhance the borrower and business partner experience. Ron’s team was recognized by Five Star Mortgage Professionals for several years running in Phoenix Magazine as being in the top 3 percent of Mortgage Professionals in the valley. On a personal note, Ron is also involved in his local community. He is a regular contributor to the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Arizona & The Lupus Foundation of America and Detour Company Theatre.

“We work hard… the customer is going to be right. We’re going to close it on time and it’s going to be a good experience. These are the three ideals that the A-Team lives by,” explains Ron Kuhn when discussing his business. Ron started out at what could be considered the very roots of the real estate business, working as a carpenter building new homes. He left the trade to become a real estate agent and later real estate broker, then went onto building custom homes throughout the valley. Entering the mortgage lending industry over 30 years ago, Ron is now a senior mortgage loan officer with Summit Funding Inc. in Tempe, Arizona.

Ron’s clients often comment on his commitment to making the process as smooth as possible and his willingness to educate them.
