“It’s all about the people. Being out in the field, building relationships with different organizations – it’s so interesting to chat with someone and learn about their careers, life stories, and the amount of love they pour into their homes. I just enjoy organizing the chaos for others.”

When she’s not growing her business or supporting her neighbors, Samiera pursues her favorite passion outside of real estate, which is real estate! “It’s always been a dream of mine to own rental properties all over. I’m a huge proponent of investing & owning real estate… My partner, Jake and I just flipped & opened our first AirBnB: a lake house here in Madison. The remodeling and design aspect is super exciting to me – our goal is to buy one more property every single year!”

Outside of real estate (work or play), Samiera is just your normal mom, packing lunches in the morning & cheering loudly in the stands at her three children’s ball games! “I want my kids to know that the sky’s the limit. It’s okay to take chances, and it’s okay to dream big… as long as you believe you can do something – you will. And, I’m proof of that.”
