Lynn has a deep-rooted passion for horses and property. She has a history taking her from being a Deputy Sheriff in Los Angeles to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington. She has always loved picturesque properties. Hence, the motivation for moving to the Pacific Northwest. She and her husband started buying investment properties several years ago. As a private investor working her way up from ground zero “with an eye on equestrian properties” Lynn has managed to tie her passions together. She has been in the business for over 18 years. The shift from investor to agent/investor was seamless and natural. The real estate industry was a way she could spend more time with another favored activity – interacting with people.

Clallam, Jefferson and Kitsap Counties serve as a fabulous landscape for equestrian properties. Lynn has extensive experience working with listing and selling farms, ranches, and all types of homes. Local papers are often a platform for advertising while horse properties find their marketing angled toward the equestrian community in addition to the usual online ads. The needs of the property dictate the marketing campaign she generates for it. Lynn works her territory with a team. She personally handled over forty units last year and that number has been steadily growing.

When not working the real estate arena or on horseback, Lynn can be found sharing time between various animal rescues. As a self-professed animal fanatic – Lynn’s perfect life would be to live and breathe a Noah’s Ark type situation with pairs of every animal on earth. Until that opportunity opens up, she’s found her calling working in a field that serves both humans and animals with horses at the forefront.
