Lisa Loveland is a highly accomplished real estate professional of 19 years, ranked among the top revenue-producing agents in the country. Known for her drive and dedication, Lisa goes out of her way to ensure that her clients experience a smooth and seamless transaction. As the leader of The Loveland Group, affiliated with Keller Williams, Lisa and her team serve buyers and sellers throughout Boston and Cape Cod.
Lisa believes customer service is key to her business. “My clients come first. I work to build a mutual trust between us and make sure that they feel confident throughout the process,” she says, and adds, “I have an analytical approach and I work on each transaction with a lot of discipline, but I think my clients also value that I’m authentic and I have a good read on the market and their personal needs.”
When working with Lisa, buyers and sellers can count on her extensive network of industry contacts. “Because I’ve been in the business for a while, I have good relationships with other agents. These types of connections are critical to getting offers accepted and having your clients come out on top in a bidding war. People know that if they come to the plate with something, we’re not going to nickel and dime, it’s going to be an easy and seamless transaction, and I think that goes a long way.”
An out-of-the-box thinker, Lisa’s always on the lookout for creative ideas to market her listings. Aside from drone videos and 3D tours, she has also started a podcast. The Live, Laugh & Love Real Estate Podcast, hosted by Lisa and her teammate Kosta Hantzis, delves into real estate tips, Boston market updates, and strategies for running a successful business. “We want people to get to know us better and get a sense of who we are. Transactions happen so quickly these days that often people don’t really get a chance to build that close relationship with their agent. We want to give them a chance to have an idea of what we’re all about before they decide to work with us. The podcast is also a useful tool to market their properties.”
Lisa advises anyone who’s thinking about buying, selling, or investing, to pick their real estate agent carefully. “Our team mission statement is to educate, advocate, negotiate and listen. Those are all crucial components of a good transaction. Before you decide on a real estate agent, look into their relationships and their network, because it all matters. Make sure they have a solid reputation and that they’re client oriented. A real estate transaction is a big event for most people, and it’s so important for clients to feel that they are heard and that their needs are understood and valued. Your real estate agent should be there to help you through that process and guide you to a successful outcome.”
