Haley Epps has been working in the real estate industry for 26 years, but it didn’t truly start there. She comes from a real estate family – her mother was a Real Estate Agent and her grandparents before her, and Haley has been surrounded by the sales transactions of homes for most of her life. She got her start working in commercial real estate with her mother, until she started focusing on residential properties fifteen years ago. Haley’s ability to stay on people’s radar has enabled her sphere and her business to grow, and her production numbers reflect that – she closed $20M across 45 transactions in 2020, and looks forward to increasing those numbers in the future.

An incredibly hard worker, Haley is driven to accomplish so much each day primarily by her desire to help the people in her community. “I love guiding my clients through this challenging process and watching them accomplish one of the greatest feats in their life. It’s so rewarding,” Haley says. In her free time, Haley loves spending time with her husband and her daughters. She enjoys hiking, biking, and going on vacations to the beach in Florida. She is a huge proponent of community engagement, and personally raises money for local organizations such as the Gold Key Project, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and her local church, the Legacy Christian Church. Haley and her team also hold clothing drives for Mission South Side, a local ministry that provides for the homeless.
