Growing up in Atlanta has made Todd DiPaula a real estate expert in his hometown. He prides himself on searching every nook and cranny for his clients’ dream homes. DiPaula’s love of the real estate industry came early as a small child when he discovered a passion for architecture and home design. In 2002, he began his real estate career representing new home builders. Now, DiPaula has expanded his career to work with a variety of different clients, ranging from new home builders to investors as well. DiPaula has a true understanding of how to maximum return for his builders and investors, whether their strategy is to build from the ground up, renovate and sell, or retain for passive income.
“I have a huge passion for real estate,” says DiPaula. “My family, friends, and clients know how much I love real estate and helping people find their dream home. I get to do what I love. It doesn’t feel like work. Real estate truly is my passion, and I am so fortunate to not only love what I do, but to also make a successful living doing it.”

Referral business is what DiPaula attributes most of his business to with as much as 95 percent of his business originating from it. To continue to build his business, DiPaula constantly builds on the relationships he has made with his clients by turning them into friends along the way. “I’ve really built up a good referral base,” says DiPaula. “It’s really about building relationships and friendships.”
Contributing more than a typical agent really sets DiPaula apart. He believes that you can do more than just list a home in MLS to make a sale. “Everyone puts homes in MLS,” says DiPaula. “Anyone can do that. It’s really about going above and beyond. It’s about constantly using your resources to find a buyer for that home.
One of the ways DiPaula goes above and beyond is through “Coming Soon” marketing on social media. He lists the homes he is selling on Facebook and Instagram, which reaches his wide audience and makes a difference. He has sold a $1 million home with a client of his just seeing a post. “It’s a great tool because it has such a broad reach,” says DiPaula.
While real estate runs deep with DiPaula, he does get the chance to kick back with family and friends, enjoying vacation and mountain and dirt biking. “I love spending time with family,” says DiPaula. “That’s important to me. It’s all about quality time with my loved ones. I’m just living life – the way it should be.”
