When Sharon Male’s son mentioned she should get into the real estate business, she took his advice and jumped in. That was in 1996, and today she has three assistants and is making great strides in her career. Serving Rice Lake, Northumberland, Kawarthas and beyond, Sharon is one of the top producing agents in her region, and is showing no signs of slowing down. She received the Re/Max Hall of Fame Award in 2014. “I work very hard at my job and what I do,” she explains. “I represent people honestly and put in extra hours. I love my job.” Although she loves everything about real estate, her favorite part is the relationships she builds along the way. “I’ve met so many wonderful people in my career as an agent,” she says. Sharon will go above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. All of this hard work has not gone unnoticed, with Sharon placing 10th in production for the Newmarket office in 2018.

My clients, customers and associates have mentioned my good sense of humor,” she explains. “I make people feel comfortable.” She’s also a trusted and highly regarded agent in the area, with many coming to her knowing she has extensive experience. “I get a lot of referrals from Realtors in the Toronto area, I always look forward to that.” Sharon also advertises frequently within the Toronto region, placing her listings in magazines. Whenever she has a listing, she offers virtual tours, which helps bring out the best features in every property.

During any free time, Sharon is staying involved with the community or spending time with family. She’s been part of the Roseneath Fair for 15 years, and has helped the Children’s Miracle Network since 2007. She also loves spending time improving her business. “I’m dedicated to it 7 days a week, going to seminars or conferences. There’s always things I can do to upgrade my business and make it better.”
