British Columbia Real Estate Agent Brittany McCausland knew that she loved real estate from a young age. At just 19 years old, she started her career as a receptionist at RE/MAX, staying in that role until she gave birth to her son. In 2021, she decided it was finally time to get licensed and become a full-time REALTOR®. Now working as an independent agent representing home buyers throughout British Columbia, Brittany provides a personalized experience for every client.

“We start with what they are looking for and their budget and I search through all the properties before narrowing in on the best options,” she explains. From there, Brittany always takes her clients to see the houses in person. She’s known for her honesty and transparency about flaws and potential issues that she sees. “I point out any problems with the house so that my clients can be fully aware of what they might need to fix in the future. I’m representing them, I’m not here to sell houses.” Maintaining a great relationship is a top priority for Brittany, who now calls many of her former clients friends.

Brittany does a lot of volunteer work and is actively involved in her local community. She’s a part of the Children’s Miracle Home Network and donates a portion of her proceeds from real estate sales to the BC Children’s Hospital. She used to be very involved in supporting and managing sports teams when her kids were playing soccer and hockey.
