Having been built on a foundation of honesty and integrity, Mariane’s business continues to grow, year after year, with no sign of slowing.

Mariane began her career in the mortgage industry in 1992 at the age of eighteen as a Loan Processor. Her natural ability and solid work ethic helped speed her ascent up the industry ladder, and three decades on she is now overseeing a thriving office with over fifty employees, each of whom share the singular goal of providing their clients with incomparable customer service.

The entirety of Presto Home Loans’ business is based on referrals from past clients and satisfied Real Estate Agent partners, a true barometer of the exceptional customer service they offer. “I’ve been in the business a long time,” says Mariane, when asked how she has managed to generate such impressive customer loyalty. “Loan transactions are not always a smooth ride, but my extensive experience in the industry has given me the ability to navigate any problems and maneuver successfully through them.” Another factor would be the true concern Mariane feels for her clients, and her ability to put them at ease through even the most treacherous transaction. “It’s important to care for your borrowers and to understand their needs,” she explains. “If you focus on their needs rather than your commission, they can sense that, and it makes them feel safe with me and my company.”

Mariane is justifiably proud of her association with Presto Home Loans and the wide array of loan products it can offer, from fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages to FHA loans. She is also proud of her company’s reputation for taking a loan from application to closing table quickly and efficiently.

“I love the challenge of this job,” says Mariane, when asked what she enjoys most about her chosen profession. “I like the fact that I can do tough deals, which is because I take the time to analyze the loan with my team, and I also simply love helping people. I love when they are happy with their loan, and I know that they are going to return to us in the future. It’s such a great feeling to have helped them achieve their goals.”

When she’s not working, which is rare, Mariane is committed to giving back to the community that has given her so much, and she does so through a number of local charities and her church.

Mariane’s plan for the future of her business is to continue growing, and to add additional personnel to ensure that the impressive quality of customer service they offer is not sacrificed. Presto Home Loans is also looking to expand to other states and to become a full-fledged lender.
