One day as we were driving past a house, I told him to stop. It had everything on my list, and we bought it. That’s when I realized that you have to listen to people. You can’t ‘sell’ them. You must help them by listening to their needs and wants–and putting that all in a package that’s the home of their dreams.”

In her free time, Northern California’s Dee Ramirez enjoys walking, dining at the country club, and spending time with family and friends. With four sons, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, she has extensive ties to the San Jose, California community. In addition to donating a portion of every commission she receives, Dee frequently sponsors golf tournaments, charity fundraisers, and special events throughout the year. Dee’s son, who is also a real estate agent, works with her. And while Dee has no plans now to stop doing what she loves, “If and when I ever retire, Jonathan will end up taking over.”
