You might say that Steve Rider was born to be in real estate. Both of his parents are in the business and when he was 18, Steve began working in their office the summer before he started college. He was instantly hooked, and forty years later, he is one of the most respected and top producing agents working in the industry.

The team is now headed by Steve’s wife, Beth, and consists of seven salespeople and are currently selling an unbelievable 600-700 units per year. When it comes to production, the team is one of the top ten teams in the world. They have also made their mark outside of Arizona and have presences in Southern California, Cancun, Portugal, and Panama, offering their clients a truly International real estate experience.

Steve has taken his love for real estate and his expertise in the business and is parlaying that into his new passion, coaching. “I currently have 32 licensees around the United States that I coach and consult with. I love teaching and a talent for coaching really seems to be in my blood.”

Steve would like to expand his coaching into the inspirational speaking arena and is certified by John Maxwell as a speaker. He is currently in the process of getting his book, titled “Change,” published and has even written a song to be released in conjunction with the book. Steve would like to take his public speaking to more high-profile events and is currently writing a TED Talk in his quest to be one of the most in-demand inspirational speakers in the world.

In his limited free time, Steve enjoys being with his wife Beth and their 15 year old son, Alexander. Both Steve and Alexander are avid surfers and have surfed all over the world, with their next planned adventure being a trip to Fiji. Steve is also passionate about yoga and soccer.

He is so passionate about soccer in fact, that he recently started his own charity, a 501 c organization in Phoenix that has provided over 100 soccer balls to local schools. Steve has extended the program and has currently providing soccer balls to a Cancun village and is responsible for sending 500 soccer balls to several orphanages in South Africa. Half of all the money Steve earns from speaking goes to the charity.
