Marketing is really our forte.” The couple don’t simply hire a photographer, but guide each shoot to make sure each listing is shown in its very best light. “We’re very involved in the process, we’re there the entire day, making sure the photos are framed correctly, and that each shot is perfect.” Liz has become expert at writing the copy for each listing, and the pair also utilize print media, mailings, and a robust social media campaign to make sure their properties are seen by as many potential buyers as possible.
Liz and Stephen are also very much social-minded, and work hard to give back whenever they can. One particular passion is an autism charity, and Liz recently chaired a fundraising event that she found incredibly rewarding on a personal level. They also donate their time to a local homeless shelter, and they take their two children to serve meals to the needy each Thanksgiving.
Looking to the future, Stephen and Liz plan to continue growing their business, and possibly building a team – mentoring newer agents is something they profess interest in – though their efforts will stay decidedly hands-on.
