In the future, Adel Sheikh Amin says, “My plan is to keep expanding and eventually build a strong team under me, possibly opening my own office or brokerage eventually.” Overall, it’s Adel’s focus on quality that drives his efforts and aspirations. “I think success is based not only on how many sales you do, but also on customer service,” he says.

“The feedback I get from my clients is that I’m very transparent and I go that extra mile. Whether it’s a lease or a multimillion-dollar commercial deal, I put the same effort in. This is a service industry, and I got into this industry to help other people. I never look at the dollar amount; I look at how to get the client what they’re looking for and have them be satisfied and successful, because their success will lead to my success moving forward.”
