Maintaining the number one agent spot in Altus, Oklahoma and in Jackson County, real estate agent Haley Elizabeth Cole knows a little something about buying and selling properties. Perhaps this is because she doesn’t see her job as work but rather as a hobby, a way to utilize her passion for helping others and making new friends. Haley prides herself on always being there for her clients and answering the phone as much as possible. “Even if I’m at a showing I will answer and try to introduce myself,” says Haley, “I then tell them I will call them right back.” 

It’s clear that Haley’s clients feel the same. With an estimated $3.5 million in volume and 47 houses sold since last June, her team is on the road to complete success. Haley Elizabeth Cole is excited about her newest addition to the Moss Real Estate team, her brother-in-law, Aubrey Anderson. Together they serve clients throughout this tiny southwestern community known for its prestigious Air Force base. 

When Haley thinks back on how her real estate journey began, a spark of nostalgia fills the air. She started as a licensed insurance agent working for Farmers Insurance. In 2017, she left and began working for a new company that also sold real estate. When Darrell Moss asked if she would be open to trying it out, she had no idea how much it would change her life. In 2022 Haley obtained her Brokers License and became part owner of her firm, Moss Real Estate. Haley has received the Multi-Million Dollar Agent award for the last 3 years.

Today, she owns her own insurance agency, Haley Cole Insurance Agency, LLC, but her true passion lies in buying and selling homes. “I love meeting new clients” states Haley. “I enjoy helping them find a home that they love and making sure it is a smooth transaction the whole way through. My clients become very special to me.”

Practicing real estate in a military town means a lot of turnovers. The airmen and women who come to Altus stay for a short time and then refer her services to their incoming friends. She also has a strong presence on social media buying and flipping properties and sharing her projects on Tik Tok. But her strongest marketing tool is her Facebook. On her Facebook page, she showcases her latest projects, her current listings, and her pending sales to keep her clients up to date.

When she looks to the future, she says she wants to expand. She has her sights set on opening Brokerages in two local areas, Lawton, which is about 45 minutes away, and Oklahoma City which is the capital of Oklahoma. Both are home to military installations. She is also expecting her twin sister, Kelsey Humble to begin working with her shortly.

With excitement in her voice, Haley refers to the town of Altus as a family-oriented community. When she is not practicing real estate, she is a member of the local board of realtors. She loves to be active in the local events that Altus has to offer, As Haley puts it, “This town is really special, and we offer a lot as a community.”

What does Haley Elizabeth Cole do for fun? She loves to be outdoors. She, her husband, and her almost two-year-old little girl enjoy escaping to Medicine Park for a little peace and tranquility. Sometimes no matter how much one loves their job, it’s still good to retreat and get away. “God has blessed me tremendously in this career, I would not be here today without him.”
