Jordan ‘Fincher’ Fruge discovered her passion for real estate as a college student after serving in an office position at her mother, Robbie Ingle’s brokerage, Ingle Properties. She proceeded to learn the ins-and-outs of the industry from the best in the business while pursuing her degree in accounting. By the time Jordan graduated, she had already obtained her real estate license and fallen in love with the business. “I was able to work my way through many different positions in our office, which provided me with the knowledge and insight that most Realtors don’t have when they first start out,” she says. “I was blessed to learn from the best!”

Today, Jordan is a Realtor for Coldwell Banker Ingle Safari Realty, where she services clients throughout all of Southwest Louisiana. By combining her work ethic, educational background, and acute understanding of the industry, she has made a name for herself as a steadfast ally to all her buyers and sellers.

When listing a home, Jordan offers her clients a variety of techniques. After helping them prepare their property, she provides them with targeted listings over the MLS system and assorted digital and social media outlets. Elsewhere, she harnesses her in-depth knowledge of the local market to give her listers an additional leg up. “I offer my clients a precise system to help them understand each step of the process.” she says. “Using it, I can help them keep track of the transaction from beginning to end—and beyond. My real estate business has been built around one guiding principle: It’s all about you.”

Meanwhile, Jordan places an equally strong focus on education when assisting her buyers. Through thoughtful communication, she positions them to secure a sound investment that meets their needs as homeowners. “In real estate, no two deals are alike,” she says. “I enjoy the entire process of working with my clients, finding the best home or property for them and guiding them to the closing date as seamlessly as possible.”

Over the years, Jordan has cultivated an outstanding reputation around Louisiana as a tireless representative for her clients. In fact, last year alone she handled $4.98 million in volume at an average sales price of $145,000, and she’s well on pace to eclipse those numbers in 2020 with over ten active listings already on the market, including luxury waterfront homes, residential homes, mobile homes and commercial vacant land. “I truly enjoy the process of working with all my buyers and sellers,” she says. “I know what it means to communicate with my clients, and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction while ensuring an enjoyable experience.”

Outside of her career, Jordan remains active in her community. When she’s not helping clients or giving back, she can be found relaxing outdoors with friends or family, spending time on the water or searching for her next vintage fashion find.

Looking to the future, Jordan has a straightforward plan: “Keep growing.” In the coming months, she intends on expanding the personalized workflow that has brought her so much success in Southwest Louisiana. “I’m going strong for my clients—seven days a week. There’s no challenge I would turn down in this business, and no mountain I wouldn’t climb to help my clients achieve their goals.”
