I’m here to help them with that. I’ve been working for a long time and I’m happy to be a resource for my clients,” she says.

Flavia puts her clients at the heart of her business, which often results in the development of close relationships. “I would say that 90% of my clients become my close friends. They invite me over to their house and we go out for dinner. It becomes a personal relationship with most of them. I don’t need to send them unnecessary emails and texts to remind them that I’m here, because our relationship is based on trust and continues long after the end of the transaction. If they need any real estate assistance, they come back to me,” she explains.

Flavia’s unwavering dedication to clients is reflected in her willingness to always pick up the phone and answer any questions they may have, even if they’re not related to real estate. “I love my job. I get to meet new people from all over the world, make families happy, and provide them with high quality service. Something my clients know about me, is that I’m always there for them. Every single little thing that they want to know, they can call me. It’s very time consuming, and at times I spend 50% of my day helping out my past clients. But it makes me happy to know that they consider me their real estate agent for life, and that they know I’m on board to help them at all times: before, during, and after the sale,” she says.

When she’s not busy helping her clients, Flavia loves to travel. She also enjoys giving back to her community and often donates to causes dear to her heart.

Going forward, her goal is to continue serving clients with excellence and work tirelessly on their behalf. “My focus is to continue having great connections with my clients and stay on the path that I’m on at the moment. I don’t plan to add too much more to my plate and sacrifice that personal service that I’m able to give to my clients right now.”
