Inspired by more than 20 years as a successful entrepreneur, Toi Holliday began her real estate career in wholesale investing throughout the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Riverside County. While serving as the middleman for various high stakes transactions, she took an interest in becoming a REALTOR®, where she could apply her acute understanding of the local market to help others make sound financial decisions on their future. Since launching her career as an agent, she has gone on to establish a network of satisfied clients that spans over 140 different countries.
Today, Toi is a Sales Associate for Side Inc. Arc Realty brokerage, where she assists clients throughout the Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and surrounding areas. There, she is experienced to handle a variety of transactions—from short sales to probate, investments properties and luxury real estate. Recognized by her clients for her genuine approach, she possesses the expertise, compassion, and integrity to meet the needs of every buyer or seller. “I care about my clients’ well-being,” she says. “Providing attentive customer service and being in-tune with whatever they want has always been the key to my business.”
When listing a property, Toi offers her clients a comprehensive strategy. After helping them fully prepare their home for the market, she shares it over both the MLS and her own extensive global sphere of influence. But from start to finish, she is there for them, catering her every decision to their needs. Elsewhere, she is a strong advocate for her buyers, leveraging her in-depth knowledge of the Inland Empire and background with investment properties to help them uncover the right home for their best interests and negotiate strongly on their behalf.
Over the years, Toi has earned a fantastic reputation worldwide, with the majority of her volume coming from repeat clients and referrals. Through it all, though, she is most fulfilled by the way real estate allows her to forge lasting relationships with her clientele. “I love working with people. In this career, we get to meet so many different clients, and there’s always something new and exciting to learn; no two days are the same.”
Outside her career, Toi is tremendously active in her community. An affiliate partner with Homes for Heroes, she currently serves as a member of the Global Committee with the Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS®. When she’s not with clients or giving back, she enjoys traveling the world, spending quality time with family, or hiking the many scenic parks of Southern California. She is also an accomplished author, having penned her book, Selling Secrets You Can’t Afford to Miss, along with other helpful guides for buyers and sellers.
Going forward, Toi has bold ambitions for the future. As her volume maintains its rapid growth, she looks forward to deepening her work with her international clientele and expanding into the emerging tiny home market. Moreover, she has recently completed her training to become a Certified Auction Agent, adding to her long list of credentials. In the meantime, she is most excited about the new clients and opportunities that await. “I truly enjoy helping others,” Toi says. “After all, that’s why I got into this business: I felt like I could make a difference and be there for my clients when it matters most.”
