Stephanie Vitacco began her professional career in the fashion industry but always had an interest in real estate. “I’d been watching an acquaintance of mine succeed in the business, so I decided to make a change and jump right in,” she recalls. That was over 25 years ago, and she’s never looked back.
Stephanie is currently with Keller Williams in Encino, California, serving the entire San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. “I have a very strong team of people who help me with the process from start to finish, including the administrative aspects and the marketing,” she says. “They help and assist as there are a tremendous amount of details that are involved in a given transaction.” With an impressive sales volume of over $100 M per year, Stephanie reports that a strong percentage of her business is repeat and referral clientele. “I believe it’s my knowledge and experience that keeps people coming back,” she asserts. “I handle each property as if it were my own, acting as a counselor to give my clients the information they need to make the best decisions for themselves. If it doesn’t make sense to sell, I’ll tell them.”

Stephanie makes a point of staying in touch with her clientele through a variety of methods. “I do this through mailings, social media, or simply picking up the phone and making a call or sending a text just to see how they’re doing,” she notes.
To give back to the community, Stephanie supports her clients’ initiatives. “I’ll ask if there’s a charity or organization I can donate to,” she expresses. Personally, she’s involved with helping animals who’ve been abandoned due to a move. “I’ve rescued–not only dogs and cats–but even horses and fish,” she exclaims. As a recognized real estate expert, she has spoken on both local and national panels, appeared on specialist programs, and has been interviewed by numerous media outlets for her perspective, including Los Angeles Magazine, San Fernando Valley Business Journal, and The National Association of Realtors, to name a few. When not working, she loves to spend time with her family, read, and exercise.
Moving forward, Stephanie plans to continue along her successful path. “As long as I am able to bring value to my clients and help them attain their real estate goals, I am rewarded,” she says.
