Offering extensive support and guidance in all aspects of real estate, Negin Stern has become a top agent in southern California and Arizona. Her initial introduction to the real estate world was through law. “When I was working for Glendale Public Works as Deputy City Attorney, I started getting involved with some construction projects,” she explains. Thereafter, as General Counsel for a Downtown LA real estate company, she plunged into the development of over 700 live/work lofts, closing $35m in Textile Building and managing a $200 sales project budget for Santee Village lofts. She managed and closed the $40m Maple St parking garage which included a 500 parking space structure with multi-level bonds. During this time she also trail blazed the path in obtaining the first ever Mills Act property tax reduction benefits from Los Angeles Tax Assessor for 7 Historic Buildings. Negin soon recognized that her skills as an attorney would translate well into working as an agent, so she decided to take the leap into this field. Almost 20 years later, as broker/owner of LeMark Realty, Negin has gradually built a presence in two states and continues to exceed client expectations.

“I have an unwavering and loyal client base who continue to rely on me for their real estate and legal needs,” Negin explains. With brokerages in Beverly Hills, San Diego, Temecula and Phoenix, Negin leads a team of agents with unparalleled expertise and customer service. Throughout every transaction, Negin is patient, empathetic and client-oriented. “You can still be an attorney and be kind to people,” she explains. “You can still do real estate work and care about your peers.”

Negin’s work is centered upon providing quality results and is passionate about building enduring relationships. Getting to know her clients and understanding what they are looking for, she goes above and beyond to achieve their goals. This includes state-of-the-art marketing, like drone footage, professional photography, staging, interior design, and virtual tours. “We’re really mindful of style and design, making sure we properly position our clients’ product in the best way possible.”

Community is an important part of Negin’s business, with LeMark offering a Tax Benefits Program working with charities. As a trained piano player and vocalist, “my husband and I write music together and sing for fun. We also have a cooking show called ‘Welcome for Dinner’, where we do fusion style recipes like Persian/American or German/American foods.” She spends her free time on her ranch teaching her daughter how to ride and tend to their Arabian horse and rescuing endangered honey bees.

As time goes on, Negin’s love for what she does continues to grow. She plans to target the luxury market by establishing and expanding LeMark Estates, which will continue to deliver exceptional service to those buying or selling properties over $2 million. Through her law firm, Stern Law, P.C., she plans to help more clients who are looking for counsel in real estate, particularly sellers who prefer not to utilize an agent.

“At this point in my career, I have enough experience to be a guide, counsel, and leader, not only in the community, but for the agents that join our boutique practice. I’d like to offer what I’ve learned throughout my career to our clients as well as colleagues in our industry. I want to provide all the tools and guidance to ensure people are successful in their real estate endeavors.”
