Thereafter, as General Counsel for a Downtown LA real estate company, she plunged into the development of over 700 live/work lofts, closing $35m in Textile Building and managing a $200 sales project budget for Santee Village lofts. She managed and closed the $40m Maple St parking garage which included a 500 parking space structure with multi-level bonds.
