Originally, Kevin began as an entrepreneur in a completely unrelated field. “I was doing well financially, and in 2009 I decided to enter real estate as an investor. I just had a passion for anything that had to do with homes – buying and selling, interior design, remodeling, staging, I love it all.” He built upon his passion over the course of nine years, and he formally entered the profession in 2019. “During my first year as a REALTOR® I did over twelve transactions. I focused on two main areas: building my network and utilizing a model to make home shopping easier and more informative.

The ‘one stop shop,’ as I like to call it, helped me deal with my clients’ questions and concerns accordingly and accurately. In my second year in business I established my corporation, Home by Kevin, and built a small team. I’ve been growing ever since!” Today, in 2022, Kevin and his team Home by Kevin have an office in Montrose, California, and they service all of southern California, particularly the greater San Fernando Valley. He boasts a book of business that is over ninety-five percent referral based, and he averages twelve to fifteen transactions each year totalling $10 to $12 million in volume.

Despite his success, California Real Estate Agent Kevin Rahmania constantly seeks opportunities to improve his services. “I try to learn about the business inside out. I take courses and constantly gather information on every avenue that has to do with real estate – from lending to interior design and community presence, so when I get a client, I can meet all of their needs from A to Z.” This “one-stop-shop” approach to real estate means Kevin is prepared to help anyone and everyone, and he is particularly well suited to representing buyers in the residential arena. “Growing up, I was always into sales, but I had a heart that wanted to help and serve people. Kevin’s passion for service extends well beyond his clients and into the greater community of southern California. He is an active member of his church, and he also supports children with special needs. “I love to give back to the community by volunteering as a special buddy to kids and providing for families in rescue missions whenever I am able to. Helping others who have special needs is something I really enjoy – just being there and supporting them as much as I can.” His natural predisposition toward support and optimism means, for clients and children alike, he champions a purposeful approach: “be patient and walk slowly – that way we can find happiness.” Kevin believes everyone can make a difference and a team effort is always a plus.

His new brokerage “Property by Us” is founded on this very message, widely proclaiming: “we are better together.” By staying true to his values and pursuing ongoing education, Kevin has created a foundation for a business that is poised to tackle the rapidly growing real estate market between Pasadena and Calabasas.
