Henrik Alaverdyan, was just 18 when he got into the business. “My cousin was a broker and he really sparked an interest in real estate with me. I’ve always loved helping people and making them happy and I knew I would be a good fit for this job. So I decided to take the leap and I got my licence in 2009. Despite my young age, I had been in sports since I was a kid and it taught me dedication and commitment, which I have not only towards my clients but for the job itself. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but I put in the work and it quickly paid off.”
In June of 2014, Henrik brought his talents to JohnHart Real Estate. “I was hesitant to leave the company where I started at first, but after I interviewed with the broker here and they showed me all of the agent support they offered, I knew I had to join them. Not only do they offer me superior marketing materials, but I also have a support system that is truly unsurpassed, including a team of transaction coordinators, which allows me to focus on what I do best, bringing in the business.”
Henrik’s absolute commitment to offering his clients superior customer service combined with his strong work ethic, have been largely responsible for his success. He also attributes much of his success to honest, open, and timely communication. ”Communication is key. If I can’t answer my phone for some reason, I’m back to my clients immediately. It’s crucial that your clients always be able to reach you. I also listen to them and make sure I know their needs and then I execute a plan to exceed their expectations. I truly value my clients. Some agents might try to make a quick sale, pushing their clients into decisions that aren’t right for them, but I make sure that everything that happens during the transaction works towards my client’s benefit. At the end of the day, I don’t want a one time transaction with a client. I make sure that at the end of the transaction, I’m not only an agent that they’d use again, but one they’d feel comfortable recommending to their family and friends. After every transaction I give clients a thank you card and a gift, something that shows that they’re important to me. I continue to keep the communication going long after the active transaction is over.”
Henrik is currently working on getting his appraiser’s license, in order to further benefit his clients. He also trains as an MMA fighter in his free time, something he credits with instilling in him the discipline and dedication that has proven invaluable in his career as a Realtor.
In addition to growing his current business, top real estate agent in California Henrik Alaverdyan also plans to try his hand at “flipping” homes and one day possibly having his own real estate reality show! But for now, his focus remains creating happy clients. “There’s no better feeling than the moment when you get to hand your client the keys to their new house or the check for their old house.
