Highly educated and passionate about helping others, Leolinda Bowers has set herself apart in the Arizona real estate market. She got her start in December 2004 when she decided to get her real estate license. With bachelor of science degrees in chemistry and biology, and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in project management, Leolinda knew she would succeed in this industry. Since the first year in business and every year thereafter, Leolinda has been a multi-million-dollar sales producer. Today Leolinda is the Designated Broker and owner of Leolinda Realty in Surprise, Arizona. Even after the close of a transaction, Leolinda proves to be a reliable friend and agent, inviting past clients/friends to events and contacting them to catch up. Friends and clients often stop by the office to say hi, let me know what’s happening in their world with their children, grandchildren and pets.

When it comes to marketing, Leolinda always goes above and beyond, posting each listing on at least 200 different websites. She distributes professional fliers in retirement communities. “I participate and attend many trade shows and various events throughout the year where I showcase my listings.” Whether clients are buying or selling, they know they will receive professional service and attention from Leolinda, without any of the drama. Her laidback mannerism is similar to how she was raised in Hilo Hawaii, it’s the Hawaiian way. “My objective is to close the transaction on time and hassle free.” she explains.

Leolinda knows her future is bright, and she can’t wait to continue expanding her office and hiring additional agents. In 2012, she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. During her healing process, she still sold $24 million in real estate. Today, she is a survivor, and it’s clear nothing can stand in her way.

“I love meeting people, and love seeing them happy. It makes me proud that I’ve done my work right and I’ve done it as best as I could. Seeing them smile when you get them a key or when they’re saying goodbye after selling, that makes me happy. It means I’ve accomplished what they hired me for.”
