  • Completed nomination form submitted in full

  • Agreement to provide supporting documentation if requested

  • Positive client reviews or testimonials

  • No outstanding disciplinary actions

  • Leadership within brokerage or community

  • Notable sales volume or luxury market representation

  • Community involvement or charitable work
