A true people person, Brittney Ardizzoni has found her calling as a real estate agent. She originally earned her license right out of college, but decided to continue in her retail management career due to the recession. After a life changing event in 2016 and a serendipitous meeting with top producer Jill O’Shaughnessy, Brittney decided to jump back into the real estate field. “I was introduced to Jill at my mom’s salon, and she told me she was starting a team,” she explains. “That was before teams were a thing, so I was intrigued. She asked me to join her and the rest is history.” Jill&Co. Realty Group now consists of 29 agents, and Brittney is loving every minute of her work. “I feel like this is where I’m supposed to be, the timing was perfect.”

Serving New Hampshire and Massachusetts, the vast majority of Brittney’s business consists of repeats and referrals. Having grown up in New Hampshire, she is an expert in the region, and loves showing people what it has to offer. Assisting all types of clients with their real estate needs, Brittney strives to develop lasting relationships with everyone she serves. “I offer a personal touch, and I stay connected with people even after the transaction, offering them updates on my life through social media and going to local events.” Throughout the transaction, she becomes close with her buyers and sellers, guiding them on every step and alleviating stress. Taking the time to get to know them on a deeper level, she is able to accomplish their goals and exceed expectations.

When it comes to her listings, she has developed a thorough marketing strategy that includes honing in on what her sellers like most about their property, offering professional photography, drone footage, open houses, and more. “I have a marketing coordinator who controls all of the social media posts, and my listings have also been featured in Haven Lifestyle Magazine.”

Brittney loves her community, and is always finding ways to give back. She even has her husband and kids involved. “After my brother passed away, I focused heavily on programs that ensure children and parents have safe places to live with the resources they need.” She is involved with Families in Transition and participates in programs with Girls Inc. of New Hampshire and Boys and Girls Club. Every year, she and her family take part in a random act of kindness inspired by Chaos and Kindness.

As time goes on, Brittney’s passion for what she does only strengthens. She hopes to continue abiding by her core values and growing her business for many years to come.
