Megan shares how her mother is the reason she got started in the real estate business, earning her license when Megan was just five years old. Having grown up in the industry, Megan eagerly got her real estate license at age 18 and began working full-time in real estate shortly after college. Lizzy connected with Joan and Megan years later, as they all ranked as top agents at their brokerage. They found common ground through strong work ethic and shared business practices, which eventually evolved into a “great opportunity for a partnership.”
Since teaming up, the trio has grown their group to 7 licensed agents, a full-time Director of Operations and a full-time Director of Marketing. Lizzy and Megan share how they bring in over 90% of the total team sales volume. Together, they serve the Central Corridor of St. Louis, from the Central West End to Wildwood. These areas include Clayton, Ladue, Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Warson Woods, University City, Brentwood, Frontenac, Town & Country, Richmond Heights, Creve Coeur, Des Peres and Chesterfield. At 86 million so far in 2022, they are well on track to surpass it this year.

Lizzy and Megan stay busy outside of work with their active family lives. Lizzy and her husband are very involved in their children’s schools and extracurricular activities. They also enjoy working on a few different local boards.
Megan makes it a point to take “a long walk” each morning to prepare for her day. She has two grown boys with whom she enjoys spending time. She is dedicated to her Catholic faith and attends mass weekly. Megan stays involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause that is close to her heart.
Lizzy and Megan look positively toward their plans for the future. Lizzy enthusiastically shares, “The sky is the limit!
