Serving Northern Virginia, Mary Beth Eisenhard created The Eisenhard Group to help families at all levels with their real estate needs. Having been in real estate since 1993, Mary Beth sits at the helm of the team she has grown, overseeing the trajectory of expansion and quality of care and service to their clients. Mary Beth began her real estate career in Southern California in 1993; then started again in Huntsville, Alabama, in 2000; and moved to the Northern Virginia market in 2003. In over 30 years, Mary Beth and her team have assisted over 2,100 buyers and sellers.

Currently, The Eisenhard Group is composed of Mary Beth, her daughter, who has 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, and three other dedicated agents with a total of 20 years of experience. In June 2022, Mary Beth added an operations manager to oversee all that The Eisenhard Group does. 100% of The Eisenhard Group’s business is generated through referrals, which is a testament to the excellent care they provide their clients. “Since 2001, we’ve stayed true to our ideals of working by referral,” says Mary Beth. “If we take good care of our clients, they bring us all the business we could ever want or need.” The Eisenhard Group treats their clients like family, and as a result, they are seen as a trusted advisor for all their clients’ real estate needs.

To market each listing, Mary Beth hires a professional photographer/videographer who produces high-quality video tours, floor plans, photographs, and at times even drone footage. Additionally, each listing gets its own website page as well as printed materials and exposure on social media.

Once a client is inducted into the “Eisenhard Group Family of Clients” they are offered the opportunity to participate in multiple client parties throughout the year, some of which include: ice cream socials, a Washington Nationals baseball game, a Fall Festival at a local farm, a pie party at Thanksgiving and an annual Gratitude Gathering in January to celebrate top referring clients.

To complement her career, Mary Beth serves as the President of her Business Network International (BNI) chapter. Through this group, she attends weekly meetings with other entrepreneurs, expanding her network and sharing insight and expertise on the market. A few years ago, Mary Beth also founded the Gratitude Ladies, a group dedicated to giving back to the community by supporting local non-profit organizations. In the group, members pitch their favorite local nonprofits and then select an organization to receive a $4,000 donation once a quarter. To date, the Gratitude Ladies have gifted over $90,000 to local nonprofits.

Mary Beth is also an active member of Saint John Neumann Catholic church in Reston and regularly serves as a lector. Outside of her community involvement, Mary Beth spends time with her four children and ten grandchildren (scattered across the country in California, Nebraska, and Florida)!

Last year, The Eisenhard Group closed $43 million in sales by way of 74 home transactions. Mary Beth has achieved a high level of success in her career and is looking to the future growth of her team, with her daughter eventually taking on the role of Team Lead. In the meantime, Mary Beth continues to build her team of top agents in Northern Virginia.
