Before she became a Realtor, Jamie Cole became curious about real estate after shopping for her first home. When her daughter turned two, her curiosity got the better of her; in pursuit of flexibility, she left her full-time job with benefits and started taking evening classes twice a week, and slowly but surely learned the basics and started to build a working knowledge of the job. She got licensed 25 years ago, ended up falling in love with the job, especially the people, and was a Top Producer by the end of her second year. In terms of marketing, Jamie uses professional photography and drone video to highlight the strengths of each home, then advertises her listings extensively across social media and the MLS so that they reach the maximum number of prospective buyers. Jamie typically closes 40-50 transactions each year, and is on track to surpass that number by a significant margin in 2021. “With how much work you have to put into a career in real estate, you have to really enjoy it to last in this business,” Jamie says. She loves her job, and hopes to continue providing exceptional service to as many clients as she can well into the future.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren, and friends, many of whom are past clients.
