Throughout her life, Felicia Savella has always been passionate about helping others. She got her start in the customer service and financial sector, where she spent over twenty years cultivating the elite communication skills and business acumen she would later need to excel as a REALTOR®. Seeking a new opportunity that better spoke to her entrepreneurial spirit, she accepted an administrative position with a local brokerage and began learning the industry from the ground up. Inspired by these experiences, she then decided to launch her career as a full time agent, drawing from her strong background to establish a network of satisfied clients that spans Ontario.

Today, Felicia is a REALTOR® with Royal LePage Your Community Realty, where she assists clients throughout Georgina, Vaughan, York Region, and the surrounding areas of the GTA. With over a decade of industry experience, she has cultivated a distinct workflow to meet the needs of any buyer or seller.

When listing a property, Felicia prefers a comprehensive approach. After helping her clients fully prepare their home for the market, she shares it both to the regional MLS and a highly targeted blend of digital and social media campaigns. Outside of real estate, Felicia is dedicated to her community, pairing up with area businesses to support numerous events and causes throughout the year, such as a 2022 Christmas celebration where families could take photos with the Grinch or Santa Claus. When she’s not with clients or giving back, she can be found spending quality time at home with her family or cheering on her children at the soccer field.
