With a love for helping people and a dedication to superior service, Kim Rose has made great strides as a real estate professional. She got her start in 1999 as an auctioneer and then received her real estate license in 2000. Kim and her team, which consists of herself, her husband Don, son Connor, and daughter Taylor, help people achieve their real estate goals in the northwestern Ohio region. Although they help any buyer or seller with their needs, they are experienced in helping families sell estates through auction. “It takes a lot of the stress off families. We handle every aspect of it and all of our transactions have been successful,” she explains.
No matter the type of sale, Kim and her team have continued to exceed expectations with each passing year. “2019 has been one of our best years yet,” she explains. “We have honed in on our skills, and brought in our son and daughter which gave us a new vision from the younger generation. We are laser focused on what we’re good at doing with each of our skill sets.” When it comes to marketing, they don’t disappoint, utilizing professional photographers, videographers, and advertising online through social media and other sites. “We also have a large database that reaches a lot of buyers.”
After the transaction, clients love to spread the word about their time together. One recently said, “Kim has done a wonderful job of marketing and showing my home. She has kept me advised on every step of the way and has kept me informed. She helped me purchase a home and all has gone very smooth. She has earned my trust, and that means a lot.”
Kim also aims to stay in touch with her clients afterwards, and has them set up on a ‘five year plan’ to keep in contact. “They get a newsletter from me and/or a postcard from me every 2-3 months. Since our business is primarily from referrals, this is important.”
When Kim isn’t working, she’s staying involved with the community through local organizations and Habitat for Humanity. She also loves spending time with her family.
Looking towards the future, she is eager to continue growing. “We would like to keep expanding our team and cover a wider geographical range.” No matter how much they grow, they will love every minute of it. “We are a boutique office, and want to help as many people as we can. For us, it’s not about the number of transactions, but the quality.”
