At a young age, Coleen Holt decided to build herself a house. After that initial success, she started looking into building homes to sell, and Coleen, an ICU nurse at the time, realized that she could learn how to buy land to build on. After taking real estate classes and getting her license, she was pleasantly surprised to find early success as a Real Estate Agent, and after 6 months she quit her nursing job to pursue a real estate career full-time.
