For Michele Garzio, real estate has always been a family business. Her father, a commercial broker, has been selling real estate for over fifty years, and before him, her extended family left a distinguished legacy in the industry. In fact, the street Michele came of age on, Pintinalli Drive, was even named after her grandfather for all the work he did in their community through real estate. But rather than following them into the business, Michele carved her own path, serving as a paralegal for 25 years. In 2015, though, she finally decided to pursue her real estate license and join Ed Smires, a close friend and esteemed broker, at his agency.
Today, Michele is an agent for Smires & Associates Real Estate, where she assists clients throughout Mercer County, Burlington County, and the surrounding areas. When she’s not with clients or giving back, she enjoys spending quality time on the beach with her family or taking care of her beloved golden retriever, Penny.
