William Francis is a veteran real estate professional known for his knowledge, experience, and caring approach. William learned the importance of client service while working in the restaurant industry but, feeling unfulfilled, he transitioned into the property management field. “I was immediately drawn to it because I felt like it gave me the opportunity to help people, to better their situation, and to create new life-changing opportunities for them to be in a better place, and not only improve their situation today, but also in the long run.”
While working with William, clients can rest assured that they’re in the hands of an agent who’s seen it all and knows how to handle any potential obstacle that may come up during the transaction process. “I’ve worked in some part of real estate for over 20 years. Anything that you can do with real estate, at some point I’ve done it. That’s what allows me to seamlessly guide my clients through this process and get them to their desired outcome.”
William’s business is full of repeat and referral clients who trust his advice and appreciate the personal level of attention he provides them with. “I’m very dedicated to people achieving their goals, seeing success, and making money. I enjoy helping people build generational wealth. When you show someone how to achieve success or make money, they tend to want to work with you again and repeat the process. Success breeds success, and I always tell my clients that their success is my success.”
William’s buyers and sellers appreciate his honesty and straightforward approach to the deal. He sets realistic expectations but works tirelessly to give clients the highest results. “I like to under promise and over deliver. My goal is to always exceed my client’s expectations.” What drives him to continue working with such passion is the realization that his impact carries a lot of weight. He maintains a laser-like focus so that he can place his clients in a better situation—whether it’s helping them get their dream home or a savvy real estate investment. “I enjoy seeing people grow. I like watching them acquire more knowledge and learn how to do something independently. I love the fact that I’m able to help a multitude of people with housing or investment opportunities. I’m committed to the goal of achieving the ultimate success, which is my client being in a better place tomorrow than they are today.”
Outside of work William volunteers as a Nike EYBL coach for the Los Angeles Lakers basketball star Carmelo Anthony’s Team Melo program. In his free time, he likes traveling and trying out new restaurants.
Going forward William is focused on growth and is currently working on building a team. “I’m in the process of training multiple people and teaching them the unique ways in which I work. Ultimately, I want them all to be very successful—that’s the endgame.”
