When Galya started in real estate, it was after being taken under wing by the real estate agent that she had used in her own transactions. In 2008, she got her license and set off as a solo agent. Now, she finds herself taking the role of mentor as she forms a close-knit team of trusted colleagues under her own wing. That wasn’t her original goal at all. It’s difficult to trust people with your business, but she ended up assembling a team of close friends and she is thrilled to continue her real estate journey with them by her side.

The other members of Team Georgieva each bring their own unique talents and expertise to real estate, supporting each other in a powerhouse collaboration. Radina Dimova comes from a real estate family and treats each client as part of that same family, supporting them with her financial background. She’ll take each client though what could be a stressful process with a calming demeanor. Yuliya Totev draws on the customer service experience to help clients find the dream home tailor fit to their needs. Detailed market analysis will keep her sellers informed every step of the way. Kasia Miec dedicates herself to strong relationships, building a network of contacts to sell properties as quickly as possible. Kasia dedicates herself to make her clients buying or selling homes experience a pleasant and successful one. She helps both buyers and sellers meet their real estate objectives. Violeta Dikova is the newest member of the team. Violeta has a legal background and is extremely excited to start her career in real estate.

As a unit, Team Georgieva takes on the Chicagoland real estate challenges, concentrating on the northwest suburbs of Chicago. It’s a prime market, thriving off it’s proximity to the city, incredible school districts, transportation hubs and businesses. The area is more spread out than denser populated areas like Arlington Heights, allowing for bigger homes and larger plots that create a great sense of privacy while maintaining a friendly neighborhood feel. Local organizations, parks and schools make it a great place to raise a family.

The Team flourishes by using the same formula that founder Galya has been using from the start of her career – success is based on the trust built with the community and their clients. The team is well aware that regular and repeat clients know they can trust them with the biggest investment of their lives. This trust level is now extending into commercial deals as they spread their reach. The formula that does change day by day is marketing. Staying on top of trends and keeping an eye on what works, the team manages staying in contact with mailings, Facebook and social marketing ensuring new listings are relevant and old clients are kept in the loop.

In 2021, Galya oversaw over 75 transactions. The real estate industry is simply a part of who she is now, not just a business. While she will help local charities and the PTA with any events she can, supporting her kids in their sports endeavors, her focus is on the future of the team. She’s going to make sure that they can be as successful as she is and help them grow while keeping her own real estate experience growing.
