Any real estate agent who can maintain a perfect, five-star rating on industry website with over one hundred five-star reviews – a stunning accomplishment – is clearly an agent who knows what she’s doing. That agent is Denise Wooley, Lead of The Wooley Team at RE/MAX Advantage located in Trinity, Florida and serving the greater Tampa area. Armed with honesty, integrity and a mental warehouse filled with industry knowledge, Denise has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 2004.

Denise, who honed her skills in the sales arena prior to becoming a real estate agent (“I sold Yellow Pages advertising, back when there was such a thing as Yellow Pages”) was a stay at home mom for a while, but she had always harbored an interest in the real estate world. “I always loved architecture and decorating and all that goes along with that,” says Denise, “so I decided to take a real estate course, and when I was finished with that an acquaintance asked me to go into business with her. So, I started as a team, but after a few years I went off on my own.”

Since then, Denise has built a stellar career that any Realtor would envy. That career has seen Denise become a top-producing multi-million-dollar producer in the Tampa Bay area, and she has garnered a host of awards that are a testament to the excellent customer service she provides. Among those awards and recognitions are the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award, RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, and the RE/MAX  100% Club Award. She was also number one in sales from 2010 – 2016 for the local Board of Realtors, closing over six-hundred deals during that time period, with over one-hundred and thirty million dollars in volume.

Several years ago, Denise returned to the team model, when her daughter Alyssa became licensed and joined her. Natives of the Tampa area, they have a leg up on much of their competition, and provide great value to customers, particularly those relocating to the region.

When asked how she has risen to the top of her profession – not to mention staying there all these years – Denise pauses for a thoughtful moment before replying. “I think communication is one of the most important ingredients in a successful real estate transaction,” she says. “My clients always know where they stand at any given time.” There are, of course, a multitude of other factors that have contributed to her success, among them expert negotiating skills and cutting-edge, savvy marketing strategies that ensure quick sales for top dollar, not to mention happy clients.

When Denise isn’t busy making her clients happy, she enjoys nothing more than spending time with family and friends. She is also a philanthropist who supports organizations including local animal shelters and the Children’s Miracle Network.

Denise – who set a goal of eighteen-million dollars in sales for this year, but in true Denise fashion has already sold over twenty-five million – has fairly straightforward goals for the future: to continue expanding her business, while sacrificing none of the sterling customer service that has become synonymous with her name.

“At the end of the day,” says Denise, her sincerity obvious, “I just want to do a good job for our clients. We’re dealing with their biggest asset or their biggest purchase, and at the end of the day I want to make sure that they’re happy.
