It can be argued that one of the most important characteristics a real estate professional can possess is the ability to understand a clients needs and wants. It’s certainly the case for Greg Drake, however, he takes that understanding to a whole other level.

Hailing from Detroit and holding an MBA in International Tax, Greg found his niche and home in the Denver metro area in 2003, after seeking a change from advising executives in the auto industry as a CPA. “I got involved in real estate in 1995 because I wanted to help educate my clients regarding their own investments. As I did that, I really enjoyed it and found a passion for it,” recalls Greg.

Whether it’s coaching Little League baseball and basketball, encouraging kids to read with the summer reading program he founded, or sitting on the board of directors of Jeffco Schools Foundation, his aim is to motivate local youth to be active, all the while building character, sportsmanship, and providing the tools for them to thrive in school.
