After thirty years of serving his clients and providing expert and compassionate guidance, Randy Dyck is still as passionate about real estate as when he first started out. Growing up on a small farm in southern Alberta, Canada, Randy nurtured dreams of building something of his own. “I’ve always loved helping people and adding value to their lives,” Randy says. “Real estate is a natural extension of that passion.”

As a Team Leader and Realtor, Randy prioritizes client relationships, agent mentorship, and top-tier customer care. “I’m a Team Lead because I want to give back in every way that I can, including by helping other agents and passing on to them what I’ve learned,” Randy says. Since 2003, Randy’s team has been a Top Team in Abbotsford and in the Fraser Valley every year. Randy himself has earned countless awards for his success and the outstanding service he provides, including being a Top 50 agent with RE/MAX in the world.

With their commitment to client relationships, it is no surprise that Randy’s team has a repeat and referral rate close to 100%. “We offer unique strategies,” Randy says, “but most importantly, we serve our clients with an open heart, and we perform at a very high level of professionalism. We’re in the service industry. If we serve our clients extremely well, we’ll do well. Everything we do is about how we’re building relationships within our sphere of influence. It’s about how well we can connect with people and make them feel that they’re the only client, no matter how many people we’re serving.”

For Randy, keeping in touch with past clients is not just about the usual database management and gift-giving; it is also about helping past clients with anything and everything they might need. “I love getting calls from people asking for any kind of help,” Randy says. “People will call me who need a car repair service, or a restaurant recommendation. They know I’m here for them always.” To market their listings, Randy and his team provide each property with a detail-oriented and comprehensive plan. “We don’t call them listings,” Randy says. “We say, ‘Let’s create an event around your home or property.’ I’m excited to create an event around a home. Like a wedding, you don’t plan a listing the night before. We have a whole support team, from landscapers to stagers to handy-men, photographers and videographers. We’ll never go to market if we’re not 100% ready with all the pieces.”

Randy is dedicated to giving back and passionate about supporting local businesses. “We’ve created a series of videos to highlight specific local businesses in town that need our help, especially post-Covid,” Randy says.

For the future, Randy plans to continue to help his clients, while also providing for the future of this industry that has given him so much. “If it’s done right and it’s done well, real estate is so powerful,” Randy says. “I don’t want to just help people; I want to help people see how a decision is going to impact them long-term and provide financial stability. I want to educate clients and agents on the value real estate can bring to their lives. What a gift that is, when you can do that for people.”
