It was after graduating from college that Sandy Jamison first began investing in properties while working a traditional day job. Entrepreneurial as she is, when it came time to sell Sandy decided that instead of giving a commission to someone else, it was time to earn her own real estate license; it was then that she gained her first on-the-ground experience as an agent. Eventually, she turned to assisting coworkers when they broached the buying process, which ultimately inspired Sandy to make a career shift to become a full-time agent. Earning her Broker’s license in 2008, Sandy has since started her own firm and has never looked back. Today, she is at the helm of a thriving enterprise, cultivating memorably successful experiences for her clients by applying a patented combination of industry expertise, follow-through, and accessibility. Most recently, she earned the coveted designation of the 2016 Realtor of the Year award by the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.

Sandy primarily serves the Silicon Valley market with a focus on Santa Clara County, though she has happily catered to clients as far afield as the San Mateo and San Benito areas. She and her husband—who is also a broker—work together to head Tuscana Properties. There, they lead a team of five other in-house agents. Astutely recognizing that relationships are the essential building blocks of a successful tenure in real estate, Sandy takes care in getting to know each client personally, earning a holistic understanding of their short and long-term homeownership goals. With a robust 50% rate of repeat and referral business, Sandy fosters long-lasting relationships with her clients by curating a personable and prosperous professional encounter each time. What’s more, by staying up-to-date on market trends, economic projections, and industry reports, Sandy offers her clients comprehensive assessments in regards to the buying and selling processes. With a capable and tightknit team to support her, Sandy stays accessible around the clock, fielding questions and concerns for clients whenever they may arise. This attuned responsiveness, paired with a near-decade of insight, instills in clients a sense of confidence and calm throughout a transaction’s entirety.

To market her listings, Sandy tackles each property with a personalized approach. In addition to distributing properties across the full spectrum of online listing platforms, Sandy also incorporates professional photography and staging to ensure every home makes a lasting impression. To stay in touch with past clientele, Sandy enjoys showering her clients with gifts every now and again, and touching base after close comes naturally, as she often forges a friendship with those she serves. While Sandy’s capacity to deliver results is demonstrable by her sizable network and proven success, her daily work is driven by a genuine investment in her clients’ best interests. “I like to roll out the red carpet for my clients,” Sandy explains. “Deals big or small—it’s all about the people.”

Outside of the office, Sandy is deeply involved with a variety of community organizations and charities. In addition to serving as a Director on the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors Board of Directors, she has also served on the State Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors. Sandy gives back to her community by participating homeless assistance efforts in Santa Clara County and by serving as a team leader for the local 4H Chapter. A civically engaged citizen, Sandy is the chair of the Local Candidate Review Committee which regularly meets with city council members, concentrating her efforts on legislation that benefits homeowners. In her free hours, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and also relishes homesteading activities—tending to goats, chickens, and rabbits. She is also an avid gardener and harvests fruits and vegetables each season. When time permits, Sandy loves to go camping and take trips up to Tahoe.

As for the years ahead, Sandy has plans to continue to grow her network and extend her roots in her local community. Now, with over ten years of industry insight earned—and a fixed determination to serve her clients’ goals—the future to come is sure to yield sustained promise for Sandy Jamison.
