From an early age, Gary Keshishyan knew that his passion was real estate. In 1999, he was attending college, majoring in finance and minoring in real estate, in pursuit of that dream. But the itch to get started in his dream career was so strong, he decided to jump right in and got his license. Initially planning to just sell part time, his business grew so rapidly that it became his full time career and he quickly made his mark as one of the most respected agents in the Granada Hills area of Los Angeles’s Northern Valley. After starting with a national franchise, Gary brought his talents to Pinnacle Estate Properties, an independently owned firm that has been the premier boutique agency in his area, and he’s been there ever since.
Gary’s personal approach to sales is what has really made him stand out in the booming Southern California market. “I truly become friends with my clients. I always keep in touch with them, it doesn’t matter how long after I’ve sold them a house. I have clients that I sold a house to 15 years ago, that I still speak to once every few months, just checking in on them, seeing how everything with their home is. Building these long term friendships is what has helped me grow my business into what it is today. They know I’m not just there to make one sale. I’m always going to be there long after the transaction is over.”

Outside of work, Gary is involved in a networking group that meets a few times a month to generate business and share innovative ideas. He is also an active supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, a lifelong goal of his, and with his networking group participates in an annual toy drive every Christmas to donate to the local children’s hospital. Most of his spare time is spent with his wife and three children.
Currently Gary’s team consists of two buyers agents and a transaction coordinator, and as his business keeps growing, he is looking to add a few more buyers agents in the near future. But ultimately his goal is to remain consistent when it comes to providing top notch customer service to every client. “I love what I do, being out in the field, seeing different properties, different types of architecture, meeting new people. It really is a dream career for me. But what I love the most is the reward of having a super happy buyer or seller, knowing that we gave 100% and that they were 100% satisfied.”
