TOP REAL ESTATE AGENT IN CALIFORNIA ERICH RODEN
By placing honesty, integrity and professionalism at the heart of everything he does, REALTOR® Erich Roden makes dreams come true. In fact, even before finding his passion in real estate five years ago, Erich was already in the business of making dreams come true. “I had worked for the Walt Disney Company for more than a decade when a good friend who was in real estate investments gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse,” says Erich. That friend hand-picked Erich to team up with him in a new real estate business. “At the time, I was ready to make a change, to find a way to do something on my own to make dreams come true.”
As an independent REALTOR® in LA and Orange Counties, with occasional business in Riverside County, Erich’s Disney training still serves him and his clients. His goal, he says, is that everyone he encounters in real estate will come away 100% satisfied. “Home ownership is a dream come true; I like having the ability to help someone achieve what might be their family dream.” For other clients, buying or selling a home may be part of improving their larger financial aspirations. “At the end of the day, I what I enjoy most is the gratitude and seeing the satisfaction on my client’s face after I’ve helped them accomplish what they wanted.”
That devotion helped him quickly establish a strong referral-based business. “I firmly believe in maintaining longevity,” he says. “You have a regular doctor or a dentist for when you need medical or dental assistance,” he says. “I tell my clients I’m here as their go-to person for when they or their friends and family need real estate assistance.” In adhering to the successful combination of his three primary principles, and in ensuring people are happy with the service he provides, he forms enduring client relationships.
Online accolades reflect that truth. Clients describe top real estate agent in California Erich Roden as patient, smart and accessible; they appreciate his informative approach and willingness to do everything necessary to help them make smart decisions for themselves. Erich adds a personal touch, as well. “Most of my first clients aren’t ready to move yet, but I stay in touch by calling, sending handwritten notes or cards and meeting up with them whenever possible,” he said. “I’m rolling out a newsletter soon, but I’ll never replace the personal touch with things like emails.” Erich is also visible locally, channeling his lifelong love of playing baseball into coaching and mentoring opportunities with Little League teams. He also sponsors community fundraisers. His strong social media presence keeps people engaged and, for his listings, he maintains premier status with online real estate marketing sites.
Though relatively new to real estate, everywhere Erich turns he sees opportunities for the industry to improve. “I believe that in order to maintain a positive reputation, we as REALTORS® need to focus on being accessible and completely transparent,” he says. “Like I always say, I’m focused on honesty, integrity and professionalism. That professionalism has to extend not only to our clients but to each other.” If all agents maintain that focus, he believes, then real estate professionals as a whole can preserve a reputable image. “I really want to let others know that we are out there to serve and satisfy. Whether they’re future clients or other real estate agents, I want people to know that real estate professionals are here to help and provide information on what they can do with real estate.”
While aiming to serve even more clients with his dedication to honesty, integrity and professionalism, in the next 12 months Erich also plans to add new agents to his efforts. “I want to take things to a new level by having other agents team up with me to help buyers and to hire an assistant to manage some of the administrative work.” Doing so, he knows, will free him up to devote even better one-on-one attention to each client.
